I stumbled upon one video that suggested you to write down all of your negative thought that bring negative energy. It was suggested to write it down on the paper and burn the paper afterward, to transfer the negative energy. I am not sure that I believe it or not. But I got the idea of pouring out your negative tought and be done with it. I've done in in this blog. Most of the content is negative things that I barely remember. So now I would like to continue this practice.
At the moment I have so many negative thoughts. Worry about my future, how people will see me. The latest, I know I should have not bothered. But it keeps coming in my mind and ruining my mood.
